I take it mainly for my heart. It has cholesterol lowering benefits.

My overall cholesterol is 164; however, it has helped moderate knee pain & increased joint comfort & mobility. The company will adjust your shipments according to your needs & finances. I've never been a victim of high-pressure sales. The CSRs have all been very polite, accommodating, helpful, & friendly.

I always had a good experience when I contacted customer service, that is until today.

A CSR by the name of Jasmine was ready to cancel my account. My advice is take care of the customers you have before seeking referrals.

Deceptive Practices & No Customer Service...Literally

The following is a message that I sent to the email address listed on Great Healthworks website after not being able to reach anyone in customer service:

After spending an hour of trying to speak with someone at your company to get a refund for the supplements that my father ordered and cancel the subscription that he didn't know he was agreeing to by making an initial order with your company, I called his credit card company to dispute your charges and block all future charges. I plan to submit a scammer complaint to the Better Business Bureau about your company.

This company is took advantage of my elderly father.

They are a deceptive and despicable business. Steer clear of this company.

Great Healthworks refusal to cancel

I subscribed to your free trial, and was signed up for on-going orders. I called yesterday 6/13/17 and asked for a cancellation, which was denied.

I refuse to be bullied into purchasing anything; so I will be reporting your company to the FBI and and any local agency that handles scams. I will call again today 6/14/17. I am also going to all my credit card company and make them aware, that the only fee to be charged to my card is for the free trial.

If I do not get satisfaction from any of these actions, I will be contacting an attorney. Hopefully It will not come to this, but as I stated earlier I will not be bullied or scamed.

IT SURE HELPS TO LESSEN THE ARTHRITIS IN MY LEFT KNEE. I ALSO HAVE QUELL AND IT ALSO HELPS FROM TIME TO TIME/ ABOUT 2 TIMES A MONTH. NAPROXEN SODIUM IS ALSO ANOTHER THING THAT HELPS.-------IT IS NOW TIME FOR YOU TO REDUCE MY DOSAGE TO 1 BOTTLE FOR THE TIME IT TAKES TO SEND ME MORE( 2 BOTTLES). I STILL HAVE TO BE CAREFUL NOT TO PUT TOO MUCH PRESSURE ON THE KNEE. An up date to my suspected fraud.

I filed a pissed report last week because of the flippant attitude and the fact I could never get in touch with the company to cancel even after talking to a customer service rep last September and they would not hear of stopping the product (OMEGA XL) and they kept on avoiding my phone calls. Well I have an up-date to this problem. Today (July 31, 2015 ) I received a call from GREAT HEALTH WORKS and these people went right to work to resolve my dissatisfaction. I have arrived to an extremely palatable and the manager of CUSTOMER SATISFACTION department was extremely responsive and overjoyed to help me arrive at a workable solution. This Young lady went out of her way to make me extremely happy and I am. WAY TO GO GREAT HEALTH WORKS. YOU HAVE EARNED A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER. This new attitude has earned a ***** FIVE STAR RATING***** and I am not easy to please but you pleased me.

It really helps with my arthritis. When I forget to take it for a few days, I can really tell. I wish they didn't have automatic shipments though. I get too much of it. But, they are good about stopping it for a while. I just hate having to call them to do it. It also helped my cholesterol. My 12 year old dog was also on it and it made a huge difference for him. When I forgot to give it to him, he could hardly get up. I think it is a good product. But, if I didn't have issues, I probably wouldn't know how well it works.

u must be disgruntled. Because the one thing you did NOT say was that it does not work. BECASUE YOU KNOW IT DOES. I TAKE AND KNOW SEVERAL PEOPLE THAT DO AND GUESS WHAT? IT WORKS. NOW YOU TELL ME WHAT COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE A "SCRIPT" TO WORK FROM WHEN THEY ARE IN SALES? I don't know if you are angry because they fired you or not. Sounds like it. but since when is an Omega 3 a bad thing? I'm thinking you are disgruntled. OR someone who waited too long to ask to cancel. Just don't wait until too clse to your billing cycle to cancel and you will be alright. That comment is for the billing issue complaints above.

P.S.....

Customer's do call in time to cancel. However, the rep tries to convince them to try it for a bit longer. Therefore, the customer can sometimes ends up calling to cancel past the so called time.

During the last few months I just wasn't feeling right ! Great DigestWorks is a premium quality probiotic supplement I’m starting to feel the results. Combined with OMEGA XL the changes that I am feeling are unbelievable ! A few months ago I felt my digestive system was out of order. I didn't have regular bowel movements, I always felt discomfort after eating dinner thing just didn't seem right! I have been using Omegaxl 2 years now and it does everything for me. It stopped my Gout arthritus attacks, off high blood pressure and cholesteral meds. This really works. They treat me like a King over there. Not sure where you all went wrong. They are an American Company right in Florida and after 10 years still rate an A+ with the BBB. They have done exstensive research and clinical studies and contain 30 free fatty acid Omega threes. You cant find anything like it anywhere in the world. They even aqua farm the green lipped muscle to preserve the species sustainability.

On 3/20/14, I ordered 2 bottles of Omega XL for about $90. A few days later, I called to cancel and request a refund. The rep said to wait until my order arrived, mark it "return to sender", and it would take another 30 days or so after that to get my refund. I did as he asked, and was issued a refund for $81.90 (all but S&H) on 5/9/14. I had to wait a little while, but GH DID refund my money as promised. The reps I dealt with over the phone ("Randy" and "Denise") were courteous and followed through with their promises to refund my money. I cannot complain about their customer service, and am only taking the time to write this in order to be fair to them. They may have mistreated the other posters here that are complaining-but they treated me very fairly.

Omega XL has helped me in two different ways; it helped relieve my pain and so I sleep better. I was having trouble with pain so I started taking Omega XL and the pain lessen up. Also, I was having trouble sleeping due to the pain; I couldn’t sleep all through the night. Omega XL helped me with my sleep because it diminished the pain and I was able to get some sleep and be more rested. I would recommend it to anybody. David B.
